We are the 41st Scout Group in Rosyth.
We do fun activities for both boys and girls such as games, outdoor challenges, badge work, trips, sleepovers, camping in green fields, indoors, group, district. And much much more. We meet at the James Spence scout hall in Woodside Avenue Rosyth.

Rosyth Military Wives Choir

A female voice Military Wives Choir. We rehearse weekly at the RM Bandroom (MOD Caledonia), Hilton Road, Rosyth.

Description

The Military Wives Choirs Foundation is a network of choirs set up to bring women in the military community closer together through singing. There are no auditions required and no need to read music. All you need is a military connection.

Kids Classes (mixed)
Tiny Trencher (5-8years): Mon & Fri 6.00pm – 6.30pm
Junior Trenchers (9-13years): Mon & Fri 6.30pm – 7.15pm

At Trench we will have your kids gloved up and learning boxing techniques from day 1.

Boxing is physically and mentally challenging.
We work along side parents to help your child develop their skills, channel aggression, learn respect for themselves/others and teamwork.

We incorporate weekly medal/trophy awards as incentives for good behaviour, this has proven to be very successful. As such we are going to be implementing a new monthly grading system for technique as well as behaviour.

We will give your kids the drive and determination to reach their goals in a safe and fun environment.

Adults Classes (mixed): Mon & Fri 7.20pm – 8.50pm

Members will be trained until coaches are confident in their ability for amateur level boxing.

This is a very exciting time for local keep fitters and boxers with plenty opportunities to hit your personal goals. We can work with each of you on your own goals and tailor workouts to help everyone achieve them.

We are currently looking for our own premises to offer more classes to suit the demand.
